Our first planned outing is Delta Adventure Cruise at Berkley State Park. This is a two-hour boat trip around the Bayou, leaving at 1:00pm on July 16th. Unfortunately, this is limited to 49 people. We will have a welcome pack from the C of C when you check in. You can Google “Visit Mobile” to search for things to do there.
Friday, we plan to go to the USS Alabama Museum, have our celebration for fallen shipmates and have lunch in the Wardroom. Simply download the form by clicking the link above, fill it out and mail the form and check to our treasurer, Robin Sorensen (address above).
There is a required $50 registration fee for each shipmate family even if you do not sign up for anything else. This covers admin costs, meeting rooms, etc.
Saturday morning we have our general meeting. Please be there, we have a lot to go over. After the meeting would be a great time to visit downtown Mobile. There are lots of historic places.
The Saturday Banquet is $38 per person.

Once on the website, click on the events and special offering section in the upper right of the webpage to view the options and order merchandise. If you have special orders, like shirts for the grandkids – send the sizes.
I do not like t-shirts. I like shirts with collars. They even made me a wind breaker. If there is something else you want, ASK. Order early and they will have your order ready when you arrive. You can buy more stuff once you get there.
